An agent who received Saturday's email flyer was intending to write a contract on another listing when he met with his clients Sunday. He had received the earlier flyers you folks sent and that put this house on his mind, but the price was just out of reach for his buyers, however, he kept your flyer as a back up property. Then when he received your Saturday morning's flyer with the big price reduction he said, that's it. He brought them to my open house on Sunday and then wrote an offer that afternoon.
