A.	Your use of this site or our services, constitutes agreement of the terms & conditions contained herein and referenced in this site. Further, we reserve the right to periodically update and/or change these terms as may be necessary by law or soley at our discretion.
B.	In order to purchase our online services, you must first establish an account which is password protected.  In establishing this account, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of the login information which you have established.  You further agree, you are fully responsible for any and all transactions which may occur through your password-protected login.  If you have knowledge of or even suspect that your login information has been compromised, you agree to notify us immediately at 775.284.8285.  Upon proper notification, we will immediately terminate the account in question and restrict all login priveliges associated with this account.  We accept no responsibility for your negligence or failure to comply with this section or its intent to safeguard your privacy.
C.	In placing an order with us, you also agree to subscribing to our email flyer service.  If you have not previously received our email flyers, you account will be established based upon the city in which you registered.
D.	All online purchases of our services are conducted using a secure-site, 128-bit data encrypted service provided by www.authorize.net.  Your purchase of our services is made at the time of your order and constitutes a fee for us to create a flyer for your review and approval and then to distribute the flyer through our email delivery system to the regiuons which you identified in your order.  In the event you cancel your order or in some way modify your order prior to the distribution of your flyer (completed order), we will adjust or refund your charges for the amount which reflects the incompleted service.  In the event of errors or failure on our part to deliver the purchased service, we will either correct the error or delivery failure at no additional cost or refund the portion of the appropriate charges in question.
E.	In placing an order with us, you agree to allow the use of any products or flyers we create on your behalf as samples or examples on our website and/or online catalog.
F.	We maintain a record of email distributions for 30 days, but we do not maintain SMTP server logs for more than 48 hours.
G.	Some MLS associations have restrictions or requirements regarding the use of virtual tours and other materials within the MLS. You are responsible for verifying the compatability of My Virtual Tour, 1-Listing Website and/or any other My Daily Flyer products within you MLS. We will make every effort to become an approved vendor for your MLS on request, but as the final decision is out of our control, you are ultimately responsible for charges incurred even if they are incompatible with your MLS association.
H.	The "Unlimited Website" subscription is a monthly hosting fee and failure to maintain that subscription will result in the removal of all websites associated with that account.
I.	Any domains purchased by My Daily Flyer are the sole property of My Daily Flyer.
